He set up DataCareers in 2005 as a provider of professional recruitment services to technology companies within local government, BSF and public sector markets, establishing themselves as an invaluable part of their client recuitment strategies as flexible integrated recruitment solutions providers.
Chris has 20 years' in recruitment experience in many sectors including IT, commercial and high street recruitment in both agency based and in-house recruitment positions.
She has an expertise in working directly with hiring managers to a elicit full understanding of a roles requirements and the subsequent filtering needed to identify the best candidate options available.

His specialties include IT contract, permanent agency and on site recruitment recruitment and his clients have included GlazoSmithkline, Bank of England, Civica, TFL, Heinz Nokia, Warner Brothers, Hitachi and CapGemini.
Gill's 20 years' recruitment experience spans contract, permanent, search and selection. Originally focused on supplying IT contract staff into the financial sector with strong relationships with Robert Fleming Private Investment Bank, AON Insurance and Barclays in particular with the supply of Teradata Consultants.
She spent a number of years working with recruitment supply into all technology areas of RWE/Npower this involved building a network of contacts within the Energy industry to provide industry specific candidates on a contract and permanent basis.
Following a restructure of the RWE recruitment model I became involved in the supply to companies with IBM AS400 systems and so gathered an understanding of skills in this area such as RPG and iSeries.
Gill became involved with the emergence of Virtualisation and for Contract resource with VCP Consultant skills and the emergence of the virtual environment particularly with the team at Computacenter.
Most recently I have been working closely with the supply of mainly permanent staff to Civica, during a time of continued success and growth I have gained an understanding not only of the high standard of skills required but also the type of candidate that thrives in the Civica culture.
Naomi is recruitment and staffing specialist with 10 years' experience recruiting interim and permanent staff within both private and public, technology and outsourcing sectors.
Her specialist area is IT professionals with experience of recruiting in the following divisions: HR, admin and secretarial, marketing, sales and finance. Throughout these positions she has experience of entry level roles through to board/exec level hires.
On a campaign level she has lead successful recruitment campaigns for Barclaycard, TFL, Hertfordshire County Council and MOD.
Daniel has 7 years' experience in customer facing sales and account management for a number of different market leading companies from trade specialists to end customers in both B2B and B2C.
