But as these organisations evolved, we started hearing a new challenge:

That’s where the idea for Sento Talent came from.

Steve Smaylen: Leading on marketing recruitment, Steve has spent years helping organisations find the talent to lead digital engagement, behaviour change campaigns, stakeholder comms and more.
Charlotte Compton: Heading up sales recruitment, Charlotte specialises in placing commercially driven individuals across business development, sales leadership, and go-to-market strategy roles.
Together, they bring a proactive, insight-led approach that combines headhunting, market knowledge and a sharp eye for potential.
