Service Desk Analyst      Permanent Salary: £20k (+ benefits) Location: Leeds Are you looking to kickstart yourself into an IT role? Due to continued success and a demand from our customers we’re looking recruit a Service Center Analyst to join our clients Managed Service Team . The Center Desk Analyst will be Serving as the 1st line support for their customers as well as their internal teams. This role demands innovative thinking, problem solving and technical knowledge in order to deliver best practice. The successful candidate will be highly customer focused, enabling you to engage with customers and building lasting relationships based on rapport and delivery excellence.
