Role:                     Senior Data Quality Analyst Location:             Hybrid working, Home + Sussex office base  Salary:                  £40,000 – £52,000 + exceptional Employee Benefits   Key Skills:            Data team lead/management, MDM and/or RDM, Data analytics, data profiling, data quality, data services etc. Summary Our client is a high-profile Government backed regulatory body.  They are data driven due to the nature of their sector and as such, they are seeking a data professional to manage / lead a team of Data Analysts responsible for delivering a range of data management services.  The role: As the Senior Data Quality Analyst you’ll ensure that data Users across the enterprise have access to timely, shared and trusted data.  You will lead on data quality initiatives to ensure that the data that is collected, stored and used is fit for purpose and enables informed decision making.  Also, that the data can be exploited to its full potential to support innovation and operational efficiency. About you: You will need to be able to evidence experience in the following areas: 4+ years’ experience within data services roles, ensuring Users have access to timely, shared and trusted data meeting the needs of an organisation. 2+ years’ experience in a Senior role with responsibility for managing or leading a team of Data Analysts delivering data services Demonstrable experience delivering data quality initiatives including either Master Data Management (MDM) or Reference Data Management (RDM) Experience championing data quality across an organisation Demonstrable experience in the assessment of data using a range of methods including data profiling, data quality business rules and root cause analysis etc. Great problem-solving skills Strong communication skills at all levels Desirable skills include: Relevant qualification as a data practitioner, (i.e. DAMA accreditation and / or Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or a related field) Public Sector experience with awareness of either National Data Strategy, Government Data Quality Framework, Functional Standards and/or Government Service Standards)   ** The client requires that candidates who apply have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum of  3 years and have the right to work in the UK.  The Client cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role **
