Customer Success Manager – IT Managed Services Hybrid Role – Staffordshire/Homebased Are you passionate about Customer Success and Account Management and looking for a challenge? Our Managed Service Provider client who provide IT helpdesk support and IT consulting to businesses across the UK (and occasionally beyond) are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Customer Success Manager who is a driven leader to support and manage their Account Management team. The Role: Reporting to the Managing Director and working as a critical part of the Leadership Team. It is also expected that in addition to managing the department, you will be responsible for escalated customer-service matters. Ownership of the day-to-day relationship with the key customers, understand their long-term plans, how they operate their company, solve their problems and provide them with business and technology advice. Help customers to grow & succeed through effective use of technology, identifying where their individual needs may align with products and services As a key member of the Leadership Team, you are instrumental in developing the company’s strategy for the Customer Success side of our business, in order to achieve our long term business goals. About you: Experience working for a Managed Service provider (MSP) or IT Support Business. Team leadership/management experience Experience in account management/customer success Skills in Strategic & Resource Planning with an ability to think & plan ahead. Task prioritisation skills, and the ability to adapt to changes quickly Be a driver for constructive & disruptive change. You will continually be analysing and assessing your department, looking for opportunities to improve throughput and customer success. As part of our “Be Better Than Yesterday” methodology, you must regularly review process & procedures used to carry out day-to-day work for the purposes of improving the overall department.
