Information Assurance Manager Location: Home based with travel to Kidlington or Southampton Salary: £61,973 - £63,890 per annum dependent on skills, knowledge and experience plus benefits. The Information Assurance team provide a critical role in safeguarding the solutions and services we provide. Its complex, challenging and high profile work, keeping critical IT Infrastructure, data, systems and communications safe and secure against a number of threats.  This role is to manage the Information Assurance Team and to act as Lead Accreditor for the Information Assurance function to ensure accreditation of systems and maintain compliance with national and local IA requirements in support of the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).  Do you have experience of being the Lead accreditor? Can you translate and explain the complex and technical for non-technical stakeholders? Can you weigh the operational risk and impact vs the technical risk and cost, and provide options for consideration to Senior Management? You will need to demonstrate outstanding communication skills and being able to engage effectively with technical staff, business users and senior stakeholders is essential Do you have a proven track record in establishing verifiable quality measures and continuous cycles of improvement in all areas of influence? Can you evidence your excellent leadership skills in creating, leading and managing high performing teams? What can we offer you?
