Recruitment and HR Coordinator

Recruitment and HR Coordinator Job Type: 12 Month FTC  - Full Time Location: Oxford (2 days a week) Home based Salary: £22,708 Working Hours: 08:00 and 16:00hrs Monday to Friday.  We are on the lookout for a process driven and organised candidate with previous experience working within an Administrative role to work within a Public Sector business. Someone who is wanting to put their foot in the door within a fast paced role and learn more specifically about HR and Recruitment would suit this role. In this role, you will provide a high quality, confidential service and advice to internal and external customers, through a range of communication channels, based on company policies and procedures and be accountable for service protocols within their remit.  You will need to be approachable, flexible, fair and professional. The role will require you to be creative and passionate about delivering a quality service to staff and internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail is crucial as well as the ability to problem solve, use your initiative, be able to manage a number of different tasks at the same time and make appropriate decisions.  You will have a proven ability to organise, plan, manage and prioritise workloads.
