Role:                   3rd Line Specialist Technical Support Location:            Hybrid working (Home-based + Worcestershire 2/3 days per week) Salary:                £45,000 – 48,000 + on-call payments + comprehensive Employee Benefits Key Skills:  3rd Line technical support and knowledge of as many of the following as possible and SME in at least one:  Citrix, Xenmobile, Citrix Gateways and Loadbalancers, MS Exchange, MS Exchange Online, MS Servers, Office 365, Powershell, MS AD Domain Services, Azure, Intune, SCCM, Identity Management, SQL Databases Summary Our client is a technology led, high-profile Public-Sector organisation undergoing a period of growth as they make significant investment into the technologies and technical support teams that help deliver their essential services. Ensuring the highest levels of technical support across the User estate, they are recruiting for a number of 3 rd Line Technical Support Specialists. The role: Working collaboratively within the Specialist Technical Support Team, providing high level, escalated technical support across ICT infrastructure, specialist applications and services.  Mentoring 2 nd line Technical Support Team members. About you: We are looking for candidates with 5+ years in technical support with at least 3 years at 3 rd Line level and with as many of the following technologies as possible, ideally acting as SME level in at least one: Citrix VDA  Citrix Xenmobile MDM      Citrix Netscaler Gateways and Loadbalancers (Additionally Jetnexus Load Balancers, and GSLB) Microsoft Exchange Microsoft Servers, Roles and Features (Powershell, IIS, DNS, DHCP, ADFS etc.) Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services Microsoft SCCM (Not just patching and end points, needs to be able to demonstrate architecture-level knowledge for this) Microsoft Office 365 – Exchange Online, Azure, Intune, Migration and administration Identity management – ideally Sailpoint or other vendor Line management experience desirable You will need to possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and be a great problem solver!
