Role:                   Radio Comms Technician Location:            Home-based + Oxfordshire Salary:                £25 - 26K + comprehensive benefits Key Skills:  Radio Communication hardware Summary We are seeking an individual for this role who can demonstrate a keen interest in Radio Comms hardware and electronics.  Joining a highly collaborative and supportive radio comms team, you will be delivering an essential support service to a very high-profile organisation using radio comms daily across their network to deliver time critical community services. About the role: First line support for radio communications infrastructure, delivering within the defined Service Delivery Agreement Testing, stock ordering and swapping our radio hardware, (likely to require site visits to collect and swap radio equipment, hence full UK driving license is essential) Use of call logging system to pick up and fulfil incident and support requests   About you: You will be able to demonstrate 2+ years’ experience in a similar hardware support role, ideally supporting radio comms hardware, (although training available for the right candidate) You will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in radio hardware / electronics You will have experience working in a similar 1 st line support role resolving hardware technical issues for Users in a SLA environment In addition, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and be a great problem solver! Full UK driving license is essential   About our client: Our client is a large public sector services provider.  Delivering critical services at a community level.  They are a technology driven service and invest heavily in staff training and development.
