They are eager to appoint a Customer Support Manager to lead a busy Support Team in the delivery of contractual support services.  Acting as customer advocate for the business unit; identify and owning the continual improvement activity needed to achieve excellence in customer service.  Managing the day-to-day work of the Support Team and acting as a point of escalation for customer stakeholders. Accountabilities include Service definition, Service Delivery Team management and delivering Customer Excellence.   About You Essential Skills: Excellent customer relationship building and negotiation skills 4+ years Application Support experience – ideally financial services applications, with expertise in customising / configuring front end to tailor to Customer requirements Effective team leadership with the ability to work to high levels of quality within a pressured service desk environment ITIL - Foundation and Service Operation Strong communication skills, written, verbal and via presentation Demonstrable skills in issue resolution and problem solving Strong understanding of Information Security theory and its practical application
