Executive Assistant - ICT Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Oxford (2 days a week) - Home based Salary: Up to £30,000 We are on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant, to work within a busy Public Sector business. You will have previous experience working with a fast paced and varied role and be ready for your next challenge. Within this role, you will support the Director of ICT (DOI) by managing and coordinating the ICT virtual Office function across all designated locations to include all aspects of the effective control of ICT office artefacts.  You will ensure internal ICT communications are delivered in a timely manner across multiple departments of the business; updating the intranet, encouraging inter team communications and issuing regular internal communications regarding ICT performance. You will coordinate content as well as updating the internal communications plan on a quarterly basis with the Leadership Team. You will create reports and presentations (on behalf of the DOI). You will manage/organise the DOI email box; assess, prioritise, filter and escalate key emails to avoid unnecessary down-stream escalation. You will manage and organise calendar of events within the governance structure for various board meetings, ICT Departmental away days, workshops, conferences and stakeholder meetings. You will demonstrate the following:  Proven experience of planning and leading a remote administrative function in support of a Leadership Group. Demonstrable experience leveraging collaboration capability of O365 and Teams Demonstrable experience of managing a busy office including the delivery of administrative/clerical skills and financial reporting. Proven experience of negotiating, influencing/providing support to deliver required outcomes. Must be adaptable and work within set processes with little direct supervision. Demonstrable experience of managing, overseeing, allocating and prioritising of other individual’s workloads in a busy office environment whilst undertaking their own. Excellent communication skills (written and oral), experience of problem solving with ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
